Email in English is a widespread form of business communication, and the quality of what you write to your business contacts provides an image of yourself and of the competence of your company. An email can be seen as an informal method of making contact, which often means that the composition of an email is treated far too casually. A well-designed email creates trust on the part of the reader.
Email Intelligence helps you to communicate more productively and professionally. The course will give you tools, insights and ethical rules to help you write effective emails of quality.

An effective learning environment
Email Intelligence is a training course of 6 hours with computer-led tuition. This includes time for discussion and exercises that apply the techniques taught. Some of the techniques presented for emails are, amongst others:
- Communicating effectively in English
- Presenting information in such a way as to facilitate the reader's understanding
- Clarifying what the reader should do and when
- Organising information to satisfy the requirements of the readers
- Following rules of email etiquette and efficiency
- Slimming an email to make it quick and concise
The participants will take home with them a checklist with examples, techniques and tips that will promote email intelligence and efficiency.
